A price differential scheme for the dairy industry i 3 forecast by the Minister of Agriculture. The scheme will make levies on one product to pay a bonus on another: for instance, when butter is above the world market parity producers shipping to creameries will be taxed to pay a bonus to shippers to cheese factories.
