FORBURY PARK MEETING
RAIN causes postponement By Telegraph— Press Association DUNEDIN. May 2. Owing to heavy rain this morning and the track being under water m parts, the Forbury Trots have been postponed till Saturday and Monday. With reference to the decision of the Forbury Park Club to race next Monday, on the same day as the Dunedin Jockey Club, the latter has telegraphed a protest to the Department of Internal Affairs against the Forbury Club being allowed to use its totalis - ator permit on that day, and has aiso forwarded a protest to the president of the New Zealand Trotting Conference.
