* BRAZIL NUT FUDGE * % 2 squares chocolate, h cup cold | water, 2 cups sugar, 2-3 cup of * * milk, 1 cup finely cut or crushed * J Brazil nuts, 1 cup cut Brazil % * nuts. Cut chocolate into five *:« * or six pieces and put with water * into a saucepan. Stir till choco- | *> late is melted. Stir in sugar and * add the milk, and keep stirring * *£ until sugar is dissolved. Boil % *:♦ until a soft ball will form when * * a little of the candy is dropped £ | in cold water. Put saucepan in * * cold water and cool until luke- ❖ * warm. Add finely cut or crushed * * nuts and stir till it begins to * thicken. Sprinkle a damp pan ❖ * with the cut Brazil nuts, pour % !£ mixture on top. Cool and cut *s• * into squares. *
