SPECIAL REVIEW ARRANGED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright MOSCOW, May 1. The Soviet Air Force, in the presence of M. Josef Stalin, leader of the Soviet Government, and other leaders, staged an air review over the Red Square in Moscow. Six hundred 'planes, including four-motored bombers participated.
