A thousand Boy Scouts, including Dominion contingents, Russians and other foreigners, marched past and cheered their Majesties, the Princess Royal, the Duke and Duchess of Kent and the Duke of Gloucester in a colourful parade in the quadrangle of Windsor Castle, before attending the annual Scout service at St. George’s Chapel.
