FATAL FALL
ACCIDENT AT SINGAPORE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 2, 8.0 p.m.) SINGAPORE, April 2. Mr A. Savage Bailey, a member of the Malay States Bar, and formerly temporary Judge of the Supreme Court, aged 54, was killed at Singapore last night by falling from the deck of the steamer Boringia to the wharf, when seeing off some friends.
