AUSTRALIAN TEAM FOR INDIA CONDITIONAL CONSENT OF BOARD OF CONTROL United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 25, 6.30 pm.) MELBOURNE, March 25. Frank Tarrant has obtained tha Board of Control’s permission to take a cricket team to India next season. The conditions, which will be stringent, will be framed by the Board’s Match Committee, after the selectors have chosen the team for South Africa late in April.
