Mr and Mrs H. Mitchell, Dunedin, are guests at the Grosvenor. Mr and Mrs Stuart, Canada, are registered at the Grosvenor. Miss Rodger, Hakataramea, is staying at the Grand Hotel. Miss Kathleen Robinson, “Oakwood,” has left for Dunedin.

Miss Hazel Arras, Glen-iti, has returned from a visit to Dunedin. Mrs R. L. Wigley, Highfield, has returned from a visit to Christchurch. Miss Norah Maclean, Waimate, will leave in May on a visit to England. Mrs R. L. Corsby, Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs Ernest Howden, Park Lane.

Mr and Mrs N. W. Hastings and family are staying at “Rosebank,” Albert Street.

Miss Dykes, Christchurch, is visiting Timaru, and is staying at the Dominion.

Mrs W. A. Moore. “Venard,” Wai-iti Road, is spending a few days in Christchurch.

Mrs Alister Mackenzie, Clayton Station, is on a short visit to Mrs Simon Mackenzie, “Otumarama.”

Miss Pansley, Christchurch, arrived yesterday to stay with Mrs J. E. Winter, Kitchener Square. Miss Gertrude Stubbs, who has been staying with her sisters, the Misses Stubbs, Wai-iti Avenue, has returned to Invercargill. Mr and Mrs J. Mowbray Tripp, “Silverton,” Woodbury, returned yesterday from a visit to the Franz Josef Glacier.

Mrs Comyns Woodbine, Oxford, who has been attending the W.C.T.U. convention at Dunedin, is staying with friends in Timaru.

Mr and Mrs James Grant, “Gray's Hills," who are the guests of Mrs A. Grant, “Aigantighe," Wai-iti Road, will leave to-day to spend a few days in Dunedin.

The Ven. Archdeacon H. W. Monaghan and Mrs Monaghan, The Vicarage, Theodocia Street, will leave today to join the Tamaroa on a trip to England.

Miss Vi Nicholls, Maheno, who has been staying with Mrs Edgar Jones, “Otiritiri,” has returned home. Miss Enid Jones, has been spending a few days with her. Mr and Mrs W. J. Smith, Beverley House, returned yesterday' after a fortnights visit to their son, Mr Errol Smith, of Greymouth. They will leave on April 8 for a trip to England and Europe.
