FRONTIER INCIDENT
TENSION IN ABYSSINIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA, March 22. Fears that the new frontier incident, in which Abyssinian raiders carried off 100 camels in Italian territory, might lead to further tension, has been removed by a conciliatory Italian note agreeing to arbitration.
