FATAL SEQUEL
CONVERSION OF CAR By Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE, March 23. At the inquest touching the death of Basill Cahill Most, killed in a motor accident on January 29, the Coroner, Mr Walton, S.M., added a rider to the verdict stating: "In my opinion this unfortunate boy would be alive to-day but for the fact that he was led astray by companions much older than himself.” The Coroner further stated that the police should consider prosecuting Most’s companions for aiding in the offence of conversion of the car in which the accident occurred.
