GRAVE ALLEGATIONS OF BLUNDERING United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 24, 6.30 p.m.) CALCUTTA, March 23. The Nationalist Press is demanding an official inquiry and the exemplary punishment of the local officials for the mishandling of the situation at Karachi last week, when the troops fired on Moslem rioters, killing 35 and injuring over 100.
