The Soviet has arrested 1074 Tsarists, including 170 ex-nobles, 547 ex-generals and high officials, 113 ex-police, secret service officers and a number of capitalists. Some are charged with anti-Soviet activity on behalf of a Foreign Power; some with violating the residence passport regulations. Others have already been exiled to Siberia.
