PUBLICITY BUREAU OPENED United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 14, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, March 14. It is announced that Sir Kingsley Wood (Postmaster-General), Mr Malcolm MacDonald, and Lord Hutchison, will form a committee to control the operations of the National Publicity Bureau, to carry out the propaganda work on behalf of the Government. It is explained that the Bureau does not mean the formation of a National Party.
