ABYSSINIA SEEKS ARBITRATION United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 14, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, March 14. The Addis Ababa correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph" says: The discussions between the Emperor’s representative and the Italian Minister, relative to the neutral zone and Italy’s claim for compensation, have broken down.
It is understood the Ethiopian Government has sent a Note to Rome asking for a definite reply whether Italy will submit the whole dispute to arbitration.
