OBITUARY

MR J. J. WILSON By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, March 14. The death occurred suddenly in Auckland to-night of Mr J. J. Wilson, of Dunedin, for many years sub-editor of the “Tablet” and a leading authority on the history of the Roman Catholic Church in New Zealand. Mr Wilson, who was 73, retired last year, and for some months had been staying in Auckland. He was very well known in Roman Catholic circles throughout the Dominion by reason of his journal istic work, and also as author of “The Church in New Zealand.” *
