In the Supreme Court after a ref ement of more than five hours, the jury disagreed on all counts in the trial of George Walker (28), formerly a school master at Havelock, on 12 counts of alleged indecency. A new trial was ordered for March 28. Three further charges were also deferred till then. Bail was renewed.
