BOXER AND WIFE
DOMESTIC DIFFERENCES By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 13. The matrimonial affairs of Ted Morgan and his wife, formerly Norma Wilson, were again aired in Court when application was made on the wife’s behalf for orders for separation and maintenance on the ground of the husband’s alleged wilful failure to provide maintenance. The wife did not appear, her counsel explaining that he considered it was not necessary, also that there was the expense of bringing her from Gisborne. Morgan declared that he was willing to provide a home for his wife at any time she cared to come and live with him. He had not written to his wife since the divorce proceedings or asked her to return, because he had never put her out. He said his wages at present were £6/12/10 a fortnight, and living expenses about £4/10/- a month, in addition to bus fares amounting to about 18/- a week. The case was adjourned sine die.
