CRUISER RESCUES SUBMARINE United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 7, 12.25 a.m.) MALTA, March 6. The cruiser Despatch towed the submarine Oxley safely to harbour. A message from Malta, published on Monday, reported that a fire broke out in the control room of the submarine Oxley. There were no casualties, and three warships were standing by.
