EFFECT OF IMPORT EDICT Brltlsb Official Wireless (Received March 6, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 5. Answering a Parliamentary question Mr W. Runciman (President of the Board of Trade) said the present position as regards coal imports into Italy is that licenses will be issued to importers up to March 31, to the amount of 35 per cent, of their imports in the corresponding period last year, but coal destined for the State railways will be admitted without restriction. Coal which left Port for Italy by February 19 will be admitted without restriction. Mr Runciman is receiving a deputation from the coal industry to-morrow to discuss the situation,
