THEFT OF TRUST FUNDS
SOLICITOR REMANDED FOR SENTENCE By Telegraph—Press Association PALMERSTON N., February 7. At the Supreme Court Allan James McLeavey, a former solicitor of Palmerston North, was found guilty of the theft of £942 from the trust moneys of the estate of Walter Lewis Child. He will be sentenced to-morrow.
