Elder presided over the following attendance, Messrs E. Ramsay, L. W. Macgregor, L. Hunt, D. Elder, D. Stewart, A. Ball, J. Drummond. Apologies for absence were received from Miss P. Keen, Messrs J. T. Dennison and J. Gillon.

It was decided to make application to the Herbert Smith Trust for six medallions for the junior members. A letter was received from Mr E. Guildford, a prominent member of the club three years ago, and it was decided to forward him a membership card for 1934-35. Mr G. Collins was elected to fill a vacancy on the committee.
