UNITED STATES FEAR OF DUMPING United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 6, 7.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 5. With New Zealand butter quoted at London on December 27 at 16.6 cents per lb or 15.6 cents lower than the New York price, the Department of Agriculture said there was a danger of importations into the United States over the 14 cents duty. Only the uncertainty as to stability of the prevailing margins, it was stated, appears to prevent the purchase of foreign butters.
