A YEAR’S HOLIDAY
By Telegraph—Press Association HASTINGS, November 19. A decision to go into recess for one year was arrived at by the Hawke’s Bay Trotting Club on Saturday. The Club will retain the permit. One of the principal reasons for the decision is that the death of one prominent local the retirement of others has removed a great deal of support from the club. The position will be reviewed in a year’s time.
