% CHELSEA BUNS % £ 2 large cups flour, 2 teaspoons * |i spice, 2 heaped teaspoons baking % *f powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 * £ tablespoons butter, 1 egg and * 4* milk to mix. Rub all dry in- £ j gredients together, mix with ❖ X beaten egg and milk. Roll out * 4* and cut into rounds, put a little £ T«sugar and spice on top and bake * % in a moderate oven. *
