At the Supreme Court Mr Just*'’ ° ' :t h sentenced the following prisoners.— Neil Macfadgen. indecent assault on males, seven years’ detention. Harry Brunsden, theft from a dwelling. nine months’ hard labour. George Edward Bovle, cattle stealing, six months’ hard labour. _* Richard Albert Dailey, forgery aikl uttering, three years’ probation, aad pay the costs of the i^rosecution. Harvey Ernest Taylor, carnal knowledge. twelve months’ probation, and pay the costs of the prosecution.
