A message from Tuscon (Arizona) states that Oscar Robson was arrested to-day charged with kidnapping June Robles. The Federal authorities claim to hold evidence that Robson was the writer of the ransom notes. A message from Tuscon (Arizona) on May 14 stated that Jean Robles, a schoolgirl, who was kidnapped for 15,000 dollars ransom, was found alive and well and she was taken home. It was not stated whether the ransom was paid. The girl was found chained in a cage underground, under filthy conditions, nine miles from her home. She was weak and emaciated, but mentally sound.
