ARMISTICE DAY

KING TO ATTEND SERVICE AT THE CENOTAPH

According to present arrangements the King will attend the Armistice Day celebrations at the Cenotaph, Whitehall, and place a wreath on the memorial shortly before 11 o’clock. Wreaths will also me deposited by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York, and others will be laid on behalf of other members of the Royal Family. A funeral service at the Cenotaph will follow the observance of the customary two-minute silence.
