UGLY SITUATION IN MEXICO United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copvrlßbt (Received October 31, 8.25 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, October 30. Repeating his charges that the Catholic clergy were attempting to overthrow the Mexican Government by force, President Abelardo Rodriguez to-day instructed the Attorney-General Senor Fortes Gil, to investigate and “act with all energy” to bring charges against those whom he found to be involved.
