LIFTED BY EARTHQUAKE
REEF OFF PORTLAND ISLAND By Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE, October 29. Mr Nevell, sheepfarmer, Portland Island who ’is visiting Gisborne, reports that a recent earthquake raised a reef off the island two feet above the former level.
