BIG LOAN PROPOSED By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, October 29. A decision to -r.r • a loan of £73,600 when, and as requried, was made by the City Council to-day. The money will be used for a programme of unemployed relief works'at standard rates of pay. The proposal requires the sanction of the Loans Board and also nf thp rateDavers.
