H.R.H. the Duke of Gloucester returned to Melbourne last night, and left immediately for a rest in the country for a few days at the home of Major Allan Currie. His Highness thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Gippsland, the silence of the forest being a welcome change from the pomp and pageantry of Canberra. Royal Standard Returned The Royal Standard pilot flag which was stolen from the Duke of Gloucester’s car has been returned to the police, with an anonymous letter apologising for taking it.
