INTERNATIONAL AIR FLEET ADVOCATED United Press Association —B.v Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 28. 6.30 p.m.) PARIS, October 26. The Radical-Socialist congress adopted the report of M. Pierre Cot <ex-Minister of Air) demanding an international fleet of one thousand aeroplanes. and advocating control by the League of Nations of manufacture of arms and of disarmament, and international police. The report added that one thousand ’planes would amply suffice for Europe’s needs, at one-fifth the cost of the present air force.
