CONTROL OF OIL
MANCHUKUO MONOPOLY OPPOSED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, October 25. The United States has made representations to Japan agninst the proposed Manchukuo State oil monopoly on the grounds that it would be detrimental to the United States oil companies and a violation of the open door policy and the Nine Power Treaty.
