RETIRING FARMER’S WILL By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND. October 26. Generous public bequests are provided for under the will of Mr William Willis, who died at Remuera on October 21. Mr Willis, whose estate has been sworn at under £60,000, was a retired sheep farmer who came to Auckland from the East Coast. The charitable bequests, the total amount of which is £6OOO, are as follows:
Waiapu Hospital for providing and maintaining free bed and comforts for indigent people, to be called the Miria Willis
was an early settler on the East Coast and owned several properties, including a station near Tokomaru Bay. He retired from the stock business 13 years ago and took up residence In Auckland.
