NEGLIGENT MOTORIST By Telegraph—Press Association PALMERSTON NORTH, Oct. 26. Found guilty in the Supreme Court of negligently driving, thereby causing death, an insurance agent, Edward Saville Lyall Esdaile was fined £IOO, and disqualified from holding a license for 12 months. Accused had also to pay costs of the prosecution, £29. The case was the sequel to a fatal collision between two cars at a street intersection, when a young woman, Katherine Harding suffered a crushed head.
