The diagram shows the intake and the channel through which the water passes to one of the turbines which is seen in position. The effective head is 7 Oft. and the turbines develop 125 r.p.m. Two 16.166 k.v.a. English electric generators hare been installed, with provision for five units. The diagram shows the control room, in which are the main switch-board and the sectional leads. The arrangement of the overhead crane, with u. lifting capacity of 120 tons, is clearly shown.
