DUNEDIN SESSIONS I By Telegraph—Press Association DUNEDIN, October 25. A verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury in the Supreme Court today before Mr Justice Kennedy on the charge against John Ainslie Sparrow of negligently driving a motor car, thereby causing the death of Thomas Albert Carr. Leslie William Gibbons was found guilty of three charges of theft and was remanded for sentence.
