Richmond Honour, one of the most promising Jerseys at Haw'kesbury Agricultural College, established a new Australian butterfat record for junior three-year-olds over 273 days test. Richmond Honour gave 12,918.751 b of milk which, at an average test of 5.8 per cent., is equivalent to 843.161 b. of butterfat, easily surpassing the previous best figures of 18,9091 b of milk, equal to 624.11 b. of butterfat recorded in 1922.
