MONETARY COMMITTEE

RUN ON ITS REPORT (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, September 26. Applications for copies of the report of the Monetary Committee are being received in such numbers that a reprinting order for 500 additional copies has been placed with the Government Printer. Members of Parliament are still unable to meet requests from constituents for supplies, and it is stated that further representations rre to be made to the Government to remove the restriction placed on the number made available to each member. Inquiries for copies of the report have been received from England and Australia, and it is understood that the Minister of Finance (Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates) has been advised that most of the University Colleges in New Zealand intend to use the report as a text book.
