STRONGER NAVY
ANOTHER BRITISH DESTROYER LAUNCHED British Official Wireless (Received September 14, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, September 13. Tlie destroyer Electra left the Tyne for her trials and afterward proceeded to Portsmouth. Of the destroyers ordered under the 1931 naval programme, the Electra is the second to be completed.
