KING’S PRIZE

ROYAL CONGRATULATIONS TO WINNER. British Official Wireless (Received July 24, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, July 23. The King sent a message of congratulation to Captain J. A. Barlow, who won the King’s Prize at Bisley. It is the first time in the long history of the competition that a member of the Regular Army has won the Gold Medal and the Championship of the Empire.
