The Stock Exchange market to-day was healthier and steadier, although the embargo on “time bargains” had an effect of slightly restricting the turnover. However, the feeling is that the market will benefit, as the speculative element recently was getting out of hand. There was a resumption of dealings in Tullamore gold shares, which had been on the suspended list for a couple of days. Over 13,000 shares changed hands at prices ranging from 3/- to 4/-.
