Wright has received the following cabled report on the Colombo toa sale.—At yesterday’s auction cf 2,870,0001 b competition was keen. The market closed very firm for common and medium teas. Fine teas were one cent lower, following quality. At next week’s sale a smaller quantity, 2,550,000 lb is catalogued for auction.
