LOAN FOR SECOND FIVE YEAR PLAN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 22, 8.0 p.m.) MOSCOW. May 22. The Tass Agency announces that the £350,000.000 loan for the second year of the second Five Year Plan has been fully subscribed. The Moscow correspondent of "The Sun,” says that the loan was compulsory, the workers surrendering three weeks’ wages.
