The Government has again proclaimed a state of alarm throughout Spain. NEW POLITICAL CRISIS. FEARS OF DANGEROUS UPHEAVAL. A new political crisis arose over the ; Amnesty Bill, which Senor Zamora thought was in some respects antijudicial but eventually he agreed to sign, reserving the right to explain publicly the reasons for his reluctance. Senor Larrous interpreted this as a lack of confidence, but he said that the return of royalist officers and aristocrats would not endanger the Republic. It was more likely to make converts t of its enemies. BOMB OUTRAGES. TENSE DAYS IN VALENCIA.
