The secretary reported that four new members had joined during the season, and he was pleased with the progress of the Club. The papers given during the season were good. The visitors who obliged the Club were Messrs G. Walker, A. M. Patterson, Kilgour, C. Holmes, and J. W. Webb (Dunedin). Thanks were due to those men who had given their time willingly for the benefit of members. Officers were elected as follows: President: Mr T. J. O’Leary; vicepresidents, Messrs L. Provan and E. Firkin; committee, Messrs D. Davies, R. J. Runciman, C. Don, and J. Watt (assistant secretary). A vote of sympathy to Mrs De Lacey and family was passed. It was mentioned that Mr M.
