The Wingatui arrived on Tuesday from Bluff and after loading for Wellington and Auckland sailed for Lyttelton. The Opihi was an arrival from Oamaru on Tuesday. She loaded for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth and departed later for the north via Lyttelton. The Storm called at Timaru on Tuesday to pick up shipments for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui. She sailed later in the day for Lyttelton. To-day the Parera is scheduled to arrive from Dunedin. She is to load for Wellington, Nelson, Wanganui and Waikato. She should get away this evening for Lyttelton. Waipiata in Port. The Waipiata, en route from Lyttelton to Dunedin, was diverted by wireless on Tuesday night and put into Timaru yesterday morning to pick up cargo for the south. After loading to-day she will proceed to Dunedin and Bluff. She is due to return to Timaru from the south on Sunday to load for Wellington and Auckland. Antonio with Newsprint. The Mersey Company’s steamer Antonio, which is discharging newsprint in New Zealand waters, is set down to arrive at Timaru to-morrow. She should sail the same evening for Dunedin to complete discharge. The Canadian Highlander. Messrs J. P. Lamb and Co. advise that the Canadian Highlander will reach Timaru from Dunedin to-morrow to discharge and load general cargo for New York, Boston and Halifax. She should sail the same day for Lyttelton, Tainui for Timaru. The Shaw, Savill and Albion vessel Tainui is due to arrive at Timaru from Wellington on May 11 to carry out Homeward loading. She is to sail on May 14 for Lyttelton and will proceed thence to Napier and Wellington, which will be her final port. She is to clear New Zealand on May 30 for i Southampton and London, via Monte Video. Maimoa to Load. Dalgety and Co. advise that the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer MaiMoa will call at Timaru on May 16. She is due from Port Chalmers to load London and West Coast shipments at this port and is set down to sail the following day for Lyttelton. The vessel is to complete at Wellington and Auckland, being scheduled to clear Auckland finally on May 29 for London, via Montevideo. Taranaki en Route. The Taranaki is reported to have cleared Panama en route from London to Suva, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, Timaru and Bluff. She is due to arrive at Port Chalmers about May 10, and the National Mortgage and Agency Company advise that she will reach Timaru from Lyttelton on May 16. She will discharge Home cargo here and will sail on May 18 for Bluff to commence loading, being scheduled to complete at Gisborne and Wellington. She should clear Wellington about June (1 for London, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas.
