OVERHAUL OF GIANT CLOCK. British Official Wireless (Received March 27, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 26. Big Ben, the great clock on the tower over the Houses of Parliament, is to be silent during May and June, when It will be overhauled and cleaned, and sonje of its chiming bells rehung. During this period, the bells of St. Paul’s Cathedral will take the place of Big Ben on the wireless broadcast.
