O. F. NELSON’S APPEAL

APPLICATION FOR RELEASE ON BAIL. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 26. An application for release on bail of Olaf F. Nelson pending the disposal of his appeal to the Supreme Court of New Zealand from the sentence imposed upon him recently by the High Court of Samoa is down for hearing in the Suppreme Court, Wellington tomorrow. Nelson was sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment on charges of sedition and 10 years' exile from Samoa.
