PREPARING BRITANNIA FOR RACING SEASON. British Official Wireless (Received March 16, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 15. The King’s yacht “Britannia,” which is to commence racing at Harwick on June 2, was launched at Cowes to-day and towed to Gosport, where a rail in place of bulwarks will be fitted and a mast stepped.
